Cir., June 19, 2007): Voir Dire: This is an interesting case where a criminal conviction is reversed on the basis that the District Court asked compound questions to the jury panel which violated the rights of the accused under the Sixth Amendment to "a full and fair opportunity to expose bias or prejudice on the part of the veniremen."
