Federal Sentencing Guidelines; Reasonableness: Huckins plead guilty to one count of Possession of Child Porn and was sentenced to 18 months, even though the Guidelines range was 78 to 97 months. In this appeal by the Government, the panel AFFIRMED under the abuse of discretion standard.
