JACK HAGGARD
(Durant), won a suppression motion in Bryan County. Cop conducting a knock-and-talk sees a knife in pants pocket of client who is doing absolutely nothing illegal. Cop testified that he did not even have Terry reasonable suspicion; yet handcuffed client and took the knife and other offending substances. Client had been in jail for over eight months before justice was served.
