MARK CLAYBORNE, OKC, on Thursday, September 15, 2004, converted a dreaded Trafficking charge into a simple possession of marijuana and paraphernalia before the jury in Judge Bass's courtroom in OKC. I do not have many details, but Jaye Mendros reports that Mark won it through the cross-examination of the police officers when he was able to show that they moved items around at the scene. He used the crime scene photographs to show this. Sharp.
