KENT ELDRIDGE
(OKC, OCDW subscriber) gets the only victory this week in his erstwhile defense of his son in OKC municipal traffic court. Son was westbound on NW 18th and turned north on Classen, was stopped at approximately 2000 N. Classen and refused to give consent to search (advice from dad?). The cop testilied that the illegal turn was from NW 20th St. Demurrer sustained because there is no NW 20th St. between Western and Classen(!) It pays to know your geography!
