Slaughter v. State
, 2005 OK CR 2 (January 11, 2005): Denial of a second application for post-conviction relief in a capital case, but noteworthy because the court considers the conceptual science of "brain fingerprinting" developed by Dr. Lawrence A. Farwell. The court applied a myriad of procedural bars and, although the court did not conduct a Daubert analysis, it hinted strongly that the science of brain fingerprinting would not survive under Daubert.
