07.06 Tulsa, did a fine job both at trial and on appeal in the Fears case. Extraordinary opinion on the insanity defense and, with over fifty pages of opinion, it is a mystery to me why the Court did not publish the case, particularly when it appears to have overruled a published opinion(!?)
