RICK RICE,
01.06, Midwest City, won an acquittal in a one-day DUI trial before Judge Glenn Jones in Oklahoma County a few weeks before Christmas. Charles Sifers reported this and I do not know much about it nor do I know Rick. Charles reported that Rick was particularly aggressive in attacking the field sobriety tests administered by the officers in the case and won the NG even though there was apparently other evidence that would have clearly supported a "one word" verdict as Charles said.
