JOSH WELCH & DAVID OGLE,
09.06, Ogle & Welch, OKC, got the mojo working against the Attorney General's multi-county grand jury unit in the Moyers case. This is one of my favorite cases of the year so far because they won it at the district court and on appeal on an issue for which there is virtually no state court authority (selective/vindictive prosecution). David told me they are considering moving to publish this case and I think they should. Terrific job, Josh and David!
