GEORGE MISKOVSKY, III,
01.06, OKC, won acquittals last Friday in Oklahoma County for a client charged with Murder in the First Degree, Arson, and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony (Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon). According to an article in The Oklahoman, George's client was charged with two other men. One man was convicted and received LWOP and the other is scheduled for trial this year. I have not interviewed George about the details, but the paper indicated that it came down to a witness credibility issue. Very nice, George!
