No. 04-4194 (10th Cir., February 28, 2007) (Published): Duress: Illegal re-entry conviction affirmed over a claim that the District Court precluded the accused from asserting a defense of duress (repercussions in Mexico from his work as a DEA informant). Not a win, but a good discussion of the duress defense in federal court.
