Ct., December 11, 2007): Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court: The ACLU requested the release of court records from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. In this Memorandum Opinion, the motion is denied, but the opinion is noteworthy for its thorough treatment of the nature of the Court and for the fact that this is only the third published order from the Court in its history.
