Ray v. State,
No. F-2003-991 (May 6, 2005) (Unpublished): Manufacturing AFCF conviction affirmed and Ray gets the life sentence, but the Court was generous and vacated the $50,000 fine on the basis that the State did not clearly elect whether it was proceeding under the general enhancement statute or the enhancement under title 63.
